If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at to arrange a return. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) being returned must be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging intact; otherwise, item(s) are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.

Once the returned item(s) is received, a refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your refund after JoLi Marketing receives it back into inventory.
