Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at JoLiMarketing@yahoo.com to arrange a return. Returns must be made within seven days of receipt of purchase.

The shipping cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) returned must be unworn, unused, and returned with the original packaging intact; otherwise, item(s) are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.

Once the returned item(s) is received, JoLi Marketing & Designs, Co. will issue a refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund after JoLi receives it back into inventory.
